Chat Thai, Haymarket


It's totally understood that I'm probably behind every single food blogger in writing something about Chat Thai. Hahah. Chat Thai has a buzzing sort of atmosphere, bordering on a lively drone. It’s not squished or overly noisy with staff who sound and look like they couldn’t care less… Like Mamak… The 2nd level is built quiet loft-like but is a bit dark though...

Mu Bhing $2.50 each
Skewered and char grilled lean pork marinated in galangal, lemongrass and garlic
