Rekorderlig cider has partnered with Sparkle Cupcakes to create a yummy cupcake based on the flavors of its Premium Mango & Raspberry cider and I was invited to the launch in Sparkle Cupcakes (Surry Hills).

Important business first of all: the cupcake will be available from 14th November to 31st November in the Sparkle Cupcakery which can be found at: 132A Foveaux St, Surry Hills.

Cider Mini Post

Just for the record, I think cider is awesome. It's full of apple-y goodness (mostly)! It might not be as big here in Australia as say in the US or England. Now, not everyone's judgement of drinks is the same (and I'm certainly no expert), but here's mine in simple yay, nay or eh form (obviously with name, country & the occasional note).

Why is it that not many people drink cider nowadays? Now that's a question I like to ponder. Is it because beer is so ingrained in Aussie culture? (Example: summer barbie, beach cricket, cold beer in hand.) Or is it because people just don't really like the thought of alcoholic apple juice?
