Bâton Rouge, Thornhill, Ontario

Red stick? What a strange name for a Canadian chain known for it's ribs. I never really like chain restaurants but since there was nothing else, I decided to give Bâton Rouge a shot.

"We take pride in serving the finest Canadian beef... Superior AAA marbling from grain-fed beef, producing a rich, premium flavor... Aged a minimum of 28 days" What a mouthful. Now all of that means jack all if the steak isn't as good as what it's hyped up to be.
Caeser Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with signature egg-free vinaigrette, Caeser dressing, topped with croutons & grated Parmesan
Top sirloin steak $23CAD with salad
9oz medium (seared on outside, warm pink centre) with house fries, coleslaw and gravy
I still really crave that fry mountain... Oh no...
